NAWBO-OC Monthly Dinner Meeting

Susan is proud to have built these all family businesses which are companies that are collaborative in style and celebrate ethics and integrity. Santa Barbara Women’s Open Golf Tournament sponsored by the EWGA Santa Barbara Chapter.
Wednesday, July 28th at Sandpipier Golf Club 8:00 Shotgun Start
Thursday, July 29th at Santa Barbara Golf Club 7:30 Shotgun Start
This two day, mid week tournament has been ongoing for approximately 40 years. This year we will continue with both the individual stroke play format and the scramble team option. The field will ALL play Sandpiper Golf Club on Wednesday, July 28thand complete play on Thursday, July 29th at Santa Barbara Golf Club.

A Bar-b-que lunch will follow golf on Wednesday at beautiful Sandpiper Golf Course on the lawn above the 10th tee with a view of the Pacific Ocean. We will have the Awards Luncheon at Mulligans Restaurant overlooking the 18th Green at Santa Barbara Golf Club following play there on Thursday.

Entry Fee: $245 includes green fees, carts, range balls, tee prizes, barbeque following play on Wednesday at Sandpiper Golf Course and Awards Luncheon at Mulligans on Thursday following play at Santa Barbara Golf Club.

NAWBO-OC Education Center Presents: Success by C.H.O.I.C.E. - Making Transparent, Trustworthy Decisions

Liberty Mutual Invitational Benefiting Rite Care
Monday, August 16th 9:00 a.m.
Aliso Viejo Golf Club, Aliso Viejo
RiteCare clinics provide diagnostic evaluation and treatment of speech and language disorders free to those children who are accepted into the program. Your participation in this premier Orange County tournament will guarantee that the dedicated staff and volunteers will have the funds needed to reach many more children in our local area at no cost.

The event includes 4-person scramble format, morning snacks, box lunch and dinner. During your round of golf snacks and beverages will be located throughout the course. Cocktails, entertainment and silent auction will follow your day of golfing. The awards dinner and live auction will round out the day.

Each golfer will receive very generous participation gifts and photo of your foursome. You will have the opportunity to participate in various contests including hole in one, longest drive, helicopter ball drop and putting contests. National and local sponsors will have displays regarding their services and products. Prizes will be awarded for the top seven foursomes! Special Offer: Included with your online registration is a 1-year subscription to Golf Digest (a $10 value).

Fees: Individual golfer is: $250 and a foursome is: $1000.

NAWBO-OC's 15th Annual Remarkable Women Awards Event & Dinner
Tuesday, October 5th - 5:30 to 8:00 pm
Hilton Hotel - 3050 Bristol Street, Costa Mesa
On October 5th, the Orange County Chapter members of NAWBO and more than 600 business women associates, participating professional organizations, community partners, and friends will gather to honor the Remarkable Women Award winners of 2010 including EWGA's Member of the Year! Women manage and own businesses, raise families, volunteer their talents and time, run for office, and contribute to the community in many other ways. Thousands of women participate in more than one-hundred women’s professional and trade organizations throughout Orange County. In 1996, to recognize the outstanding members who contribute their time and talent to these associations and to the community, NAWBO-OC established the Annual Remarkable Women Awards Event. Constituents from all over the County gather together to honor their organization’s Member of the Year. The goal is to create strong affiliations among members and leaders of these organizations, and provide them with valuable community exposure.
